Proposal
Carefully remove, clean and set aside roof and ridge tiles for reuse. Dismantle and dispose of timber roof structure including first-floor ceiling joists and floorboards. Carefully remove, inspect and set aside window frames if they are suitable for reuse. Install new timber roof structure including ceiling joists (as per Structural Engineer's Design) to existing size and profile. Install new timber floorboards. Install new or refit existing window frames as per existing material, style and dimensions. Install new sarking felt, roofing battens and existing roof tiles (supplementing with reclaimed where there is a shortfall). Install new glass fibre rafter insulation.
