Remove existing roof covering - Mill House only. Repair falling structure, insert steel as required in accordance with structural engineer's design. Replace roof covering - new natural clay tiles. Repair chimney mortar and flashings. Repair/replace guttering where necessary. Repair brickwork on south and east elevations. Repoint as necessary. Addition of insulation at ceiling level.
