Justification for works; 1.minimise the risk of dead/hung up crown debris 2.minimise the risk from existing deadwood within the crowns 3.maintaining the overall crown overhang to an appropriate size/spread 4.improve natural ambient light to the adj property block, specifically Nos 84, 86 & 88.”
