Tree species: Silver Wattle Number used on sketch plan: T2 Description of works: Removal T2 Silver Wattle is located very close to a building, and has the potential to outgrow its citation very quickly. While this has been managed with cyclical pruning in the past, Silver Wattle are a vigorous species and prone to decay. Removal and replacement is recommended to avoid an intensive cyclical pruning regime, and reduce the future risk of damage to the nearby drains. Tree species: Cider Gum Number used on sketch plan: T7 Description of works: Removal T7 appears to have been windblown historically, ie the tree’s root system has partially failed. While it is reasonably stable now, the acute angle of stem lean and the vigorous nature of the species mean that cyclical pruning will be required to manage the canopy. Removal and replacement is recommended to avoid an intensive cyclical pruning regime, and reduce the risk of future rootplate failure. Tree species: Mock Orange Number used on sketch plan: T3 Descriptionof works: Removal Poor shape and form, and is a garden ornamental tree that we wish to be removed.

Replacement hedgerows. The existing hedgerow was damaged on the left front side ("Hedgerow A") when hit by a falling tree. About half of Hedgerow A is a grown hedge, with a mix of what we believe to be wintergreen barberry, Japanese laurel, holly, and hornbeam. The other damaged half is a partially-grown mix of the same plants, plus weeds and other growth. Hedgerow B is a mix of wintergreen barberry, Japanese laurel, and hornbeam. Hedgerow C is hornbeam.

1 x Silver birch to dismantle in sections to ground level Client was worried about potential animals burrowing under the tree. On first inspection the crown looked like it was declining, further round the base black exudations symptomatic of Honey fungus were visible
