THE EXISTING EXTENSION TO THE NORTH WILL BE COMPLETELY DEMOLISHED AND THE EXISTING STRUCTURE WILL BE OPENED UP EITHER SIDE OF THE FIREPLACE, WITH THE BACK WALL OF THE FIREPLACE ITSELF BEING REMOVED TO CREATE A VISUAL LINK BETWEEN THE TWO SPACES
