Re-glaze windows where shown and replace windows, doors and rooflights including roof alterations. Internal alterations including joinery works, building fabric repairs and new flooring. New storage platform at eaves. Upgrade and provide new kitchen and sanitary installations. Rebuild boundary wall and widen vehicle opening. Introduce new vehicle doors and glazing bars to windows. New hard landscaping including altering courtyard levels. Replace concrete yard with brick pavers and replacement handrail to brick steps with a balustrade. Full internal and external redecorations
