Proposal

Request for an EIA Screening Opinion in accordance with Regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning ( Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulation 2017, as amended for Warwick District Council with regard to the proposed mixed-use development on Land ast Thickthorn, Kenilworth. The proposed development will include up to 550 residential dwellings, 8ha of employment land, a hot food takeaway, a one form entry (1FE) primary school, a local centre, access, landscaping, drainage and all other ancillary infrastructure and enabling works.
