Proposal

Proposed removal of oil tank within the extension to the listed building and siting a new self bunded tank outside the building. The current tank room would be converted to a boiler room with permanent ventilation provided by fitting louvered doors to the external wall and a flue through the roof of the extension to the listed building. The roof will require fire boarding and the wall between the corridor and the new boiler room would require re-building in brick ro provide 60 minute fire rating.
