Proposal
01 - Eucalyptus - Reduce to a final height of 3.5m and reduce laterals to shape. 01 - To provide adequate clearance between the Eucalyptus and the adjacent building, preventing branch contact with the structure, reducing the likelihood of property damage during high winds, and allowing future maintenance of the building . Reduce the height by approximately 3.5m and laterals by approximately 2m to form a balanced crown. All pruning will be done in accordance with bs3998 whilst retaining suitable growth points and retaining the trees overall form and public amenity value. 02 - 2 x Beech and Hawthorn - Carefully fell to near ground level, treat stump with eco plugs. 02 - The Trees in question are at the end of a small wooded area, and are supressed by the vegetation behind. They are growing into the fence and shed and will cause damage if they are not removed.

Recently purchased flat. I was contemplating some work to the Mezzanine (would not disrput historic fabric of building), but was advised by David Andrews at Wandsworth Conservation and Design Group that the existing Mezzanine needed LBC. I am therefore applying to regularise the current standing, and managed to get the plans originally sent to the council back in 2006 which show the Mezzanine placement and structure when the House was converted into flats. I assume somewhere along the line the Mezzanine was overlooked in submission by the developer, so this application is to bring the flat into line. I cannot be sure of exact dates, but know the development was built during and after December 2006, and lasted a few months.

01 - Cedar - Reduce the laterals on the south, south east and south west by 4m, reduce the north facing laterals over the grass area by 3m, Reduce the height by 1.5m on the side of the tree towards the building at the point of the recent limb failure. 01 - The tree in question has suffered multiple limb failures in the past and has been left with elongated laterals throughout the crown that are susceptible to failure in high winds. The proposed work would reduce the risk of limb failure in the future whilst retaining a balanced crown.

Rear garden: Conifer: Remove. There is a tree shrub that is in a poor state. The inside is completely brown and unsightly. It carries over to the ground belonging to 43 Hawkesbury Road which is only a small area patch of garden so it impacts on them considerably.
