Tree has become overgrown and Reduced vigour due to extensive soil raising, possibly from construction. Situated in the grass area in the car park. T6730. London Plane. Approximately 21 metres in height. Remove all deadwood. Reduce tree by 20%, leaving the tree 19 metres in height, clear the base to assess and lift 4 metre Holm Oak by 2 metres as low hanging branches. Plane has become overgrown and causing a lot of fallen debris. Blocking natural sunlight situated in the grass area in the car park.
