TPO 416/2010 T4 = T1 Cherry, T1 Ash = T2 Plane is no TPO T1 Cherry (x1) Fell to ground level. Reason: Leaning at 45 degrees and 90% of the crown is overhanging the driveway of No.1 Abbotsleigh Rd. Trunk is only 50cm from the boundary wall between the two properties, which has large cracks in the brickwork. No.1 Also had a crack above the ground floor window near the tree. (See photos). Subsidence caused by the nearby trees seems a likely cause (no formal surveyance has been carried out.) T2 London Plane (x1) Fell to ground level. Reason: Has regrown from a stump, pushing out front boundary wall which is cracked and leaning. Previously felled in 2013: T3 Ash (x1) Fell to ground level. Reason: Self-seeded, has regrown from a stump. Only 1m from the side of No.1 Abbotsleigh Rd.
