Re pollard tree back to previous points. T7778. Sycamore tree (situated by the entrance along Rosenau Road): Approximately 16 metres in height. 12 metres in width. Full inspection is not possible as Ivy clad. Cut back from building by 2 metres, leaving the tree 10 metre. T7882. Tree & T7783. Tree (situated in the rear communal garden): Fell. T7800. Lime tree (situated along Albert Bridge Road): 14 metres in height. Reduce by 3 metres, leaving the tree 11 metres in height. Trees have become very overgrown and blocking sunlight. deadwood with aim of phased removal. 50% dysfunctional bark at the base, reduced vigour.
