Proposal
(TPO 190/1998) - T1 (T258) Crabapple (Malus sylvestris): Reduce height by 2m to below wound in upper crown. Shorten lateral branches by max of 0.5- 1m. Balance and shape remaining crown, leave wounds no greater than 10cm in diameter. T2 (T257) Crabapple (Malus sylvestris): Remove by sectional dismantle. Reason: poor specimen and suppressed by other trees. T3 (T255) Indian Bean Tree (Catalpa bignonioides): Selective and formative prune/ crown thin, concentrating on branch tips and resulting in 15-20% crown reduction (shorten branches by 1 - 1.5m leaving wounds of less than 10cm). Group 1 (Growth overhanging pavement as discussed). Prune back to boundary line. Prudent periodic management of large trees next to and overhanging public road and pavement. Excessive shading.
