Proposal

Large sycamore tree overhangs my garden (but it situated in someone else's). Covers garden in dark sticky sap and completely blocks sun from my south facing garden. Advised by tree surgeon to significantly reduce as it will double in size so quickly. Would like to remove and have tried to contact neighbours to no avail so am applying to thin and lift the crown significantly (on advice of a tree surgeon)
