Rear Garden: T1 Apple - reduce the two main branches at the top of the crown by up to 2m to alleviate weight, improve shape and increase clearance from the rear of the properties at 270 and 268 Derinton Road; reduce the main lateral limb to the rear of the tree by up to 1.5m to alleviate end weight and reduce spread over neighbouring properties to the rear of 270 Derinton Road (213 and 211 Lessingham Avenue); lightly reduce (up to 0.5m) the remaining lateral spread of the tree to contain its size and ensure clearance from neighbouring properties at 272 and 268 Derinton Road; remove a small amount of selected internal growth to improve future form.
