Proposal
I have a very large ground floor flat which was converted in the 1970s. There is a very big staircase which goes up stairs to the next two floors is in the middle of the flat. Therefore my flat is divided into two parts. I live at the back of the flat becase it is safe and has a garden. The front two rooms are on the main road. I purchased the flat in 1999 and it was laid out like this at the time of my purchase. It suited my needs as I have a family up North sometimes they come and stay for long periods and sometimes I let it and pay tax to inland revnue. Most importantly I will need a carer in future as I have a cancer and I am old. This will be accmodation for someone who will care for me.
