Proposal
There is no change of use. The residence is a house, which has been converted into two flats. We intend extending the downstairs flat to make it a 3 bedroom flat. The extension consists of a side and back extension and will include a light well to ensure that light reaches all of the bathrooms and bedrooms. We intend to modernise the flat and live in it thereafter. The front sash windows which are also single glazed need to be replaced as there is a lack of insulation and noise pollution from the bus garage across the road. The plan includes changing these windows to new sash windows with double glazing.
