Proposal

The proposal is for the change of use of the existing warehouse building from its lawful Use Class E(g)(iii) use to an indoor padel facility falling within Use Class E(d). The facility will comprise five indoor padel courts together with ancillary reception, caf/e and seating area, changing facilities, toilets, staff welfare facilities and associated office accommodation. The proposal relates solely to the change of use and associated internal fit-out of the existing building. No external alterations, extensions or operational development form part of this application. No fixed external plant or machinery is proposed as part of this application. The facility is intended to operate seven days per week.
