External works include the repair and colour matching of the existing white rendered finish across the whole building, localised roof repairs using matching materials, and the rearrangement of external water pipework. Further proposals include the installation of 1 metre high estate-style fencing, the construction of brick piers and a wrought iron gate to provide access to the existing driveway. Additional works comprise the demolition of the existing outbuilding and the landscaping and resurfacing of the driveway area.
