Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) on application P22/V1593/HH to allow insertion of additional rooflights Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans), 4 (Tree Protection) and 5 (Materials) on planning applications P21/V3472/HH. Removal of the dormer and external staircase, in favour of utilising the existing the opening containing French doors to the east facade. The opening will be modified to a single door with an infill panel with vertical timber battens as used elsewhere on the proposal. Removal of west facing gable window in favour of solid wall with vertical timber boarding taken up. Installation of a wood-burning stove and flue. There are also some minor internal revisions to the layout to provide a bedroom and re-use of bathroom on the ground floor and open plan living area at first floor, including the insertion of a timber staircase.
