Works: Trees
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
We are looking to remove a leylandii located at Manor Cottage, Buscot, SN7 8DA. It is causing structural damage to the old stone wall of Mathews Farmhouse, 12 Buscot, SN7 8DA, which is evident by the cracking as shown in the picture. The wall is within the curtilage of a listed building (Mathews Farmhouse, 12 Buscot, SN7 8DA). The concern is the wall is currently unstable and further root and tree growth will cause the wall to collapse around the location of the tree.
