Proposal
To remove failed hard sand/cement Roughcast, Pebbledash and smooth rendering from South facing gable end wall which has been subjected to storm water ingress. Remove pieces of rotten imbedded timber and replace with brickwork. Quoin posts and transom to be strengthened and clad with air dried heavy oak sections to be left exposed. Upper timber gable end to be filled and clad with proprietary wood fibre as a permeable insulation to roof space. Gable end to be re-rendered in self coloured 3-1 natural lime mortar with an open sponge finish Five number metal casement windows to be replaced with bespoke timber windows of similar size and appearance. Repair and replacement of rotten external joinery Provide for and install vent from domestic kitchen extractor fan.
