Proposal
T1 - Walnut tree Walnut tree - remove branches to rear of tree that are in contact with neighbouring property's roof and have damaged and displaced ridge tiles. The particular branches are of low-zero amenity value and cannot be easily seen. Also to remove branch extending over garage roof that will in future grow over neighbour's drive. The appearance of the tree as seen from Manor Lane and Ginge Road will be unaltered. Works requested by neighbour. Current situation is a health and safety hazard due to slipping tiles above front door to neighbouring property. Works will be carried out by qualified tree surgeon. Remarks:

We wish to prune a large Silver Birch in the corner of our rear garden (T1). Following a meeting with a tree surgeon we have been advised to prune/reduce the canopy by 1-2m. The tree surgeon will also shape the remaining canopy and remove any dead wood. We have spoken to our neighbours at Bramley Tree Barn (property directly behind ours and the Silver Birch branches hang over their patio) and they are happy with the plans. The partial reduction proposed will be useful in preventing the branches contacting the property - and useful in preventing branches/leaves falling onto their patio.
