Proposal

FE1 - Fraxinus excelsior - Ash PN1 - Populus Nigra - Black Poplar FE1 - Fraxinus excelsior - Ash - this is a multi stemmed mature tree consisting of three trunks (see photo FE1). One branch on the left in the photo has a distinct lean over the neighbour's property. It is wished to remove this particular branch down to fen foot from ground level to remove the risk of this branch breaking off into the neighbours property. PN1 - Populus Nigra - Black Poplar - this is a multi stemmed once pollarded tree with excessive high growth (see photo PN1). With advice from a tree surgeon to ensure the trees structural integrity. A reduction of the overall crown by 25-30% or 8m length reduction is proposed. Also it is within easy reach of a neighbours property if it was to fall. Remarks:
