Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.

Proposal

G1 - Sycamore trees T1 - Large Oak T2 - Horse Chestnut T3 - Yew T4 - Large White Poplar G1 - Sycamore trees at the end of the garden reduce the overhang back from the field to reduce weight on the occluded unions, and reduce the volume of vegetation overhanging the neighbouring property. T1 - Large Oak in the centre of the rear garden - crown raise on the left side if facing down the garden by 3m over the rose garden to give more light under the tree and balance the crown. T2 - Horse Chestnut on the right close to the boundary. This tree is showing significant signs of decay at the base, fell to ground level. T3 - Yew tree on the left hand side close to the house, crown reduce to previous points to achieve a more compact managed appearance. T4 - Large White Poplar - crown reduce by 3-4m to lessen the chance of over extended limbs failing. Remarks:
