Planning application

Elm House 9 Drayton Road Sutton Courtenay ABINGDON OX14 4AJ

Withdrawn Vale of White Horse P16/V0964/HH Other (Householder)

Withdrawn before a decision, so it carries no planning weight. A revised scheme can be submitted at any time.

Proposal

Removal the tarmac on the level section of the driveway and replace with flint/gravel porous material. Where the existing driveway slopes up from highway, this will either be left intact or replaced with new tarmac or brick paving. Closing off one of the driveway entrances, and removing a large quantity of material from the bank, making the slope more gentle towards the road. Erection a wall (maximum 2.5 metres high) to divide the property from the highway and to create an entranceway and put in automated gates at the entrance, leaving enough room off the highway to drive onto before reaching gate
