Planning application

lane adj. St John the Baptist Church, Abingdon Road, Kingston Bagpuize, Oxon

Decided Vale of White Horse P15/V3215/TCA Works to trees in CA

Works: Trees

Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.

Proposal

Various trees We are working ona project to upsize an existing section of sewer pipeline, approx 200m in length in Southmoor. You have already confirmed that a Conservation Area is present to the east of our working area in the Kingston Bagpuize Estate. While our working area is not directly within the Conservation Area, we have been investigating access routes and think that we would need to come through the Conservation Area to get to the works area. Our current proposed route is marked in red below. We will not be coming along the main road, but through a lane between the main road and the Church. This is boredered by trees on both sides and we think that some pruning would have to take place to allow our plant to get through. Remarks:
