Works: Trees
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
Multi stemmed tree The lawn will be removed to a depth of 400mm by digger - where tree roots encountered care will be taken. The area will be filled with 300mm hardcore and 100mm depth 20mm shingle. A vibration roller will be used to compact the hardcore. The tree is located to the west of the lawn in the flower bed. It is not TPO protected but lies in a conservation area It is unclear whether the multi-stemmed tree is exempt hence the precautionary approach. The tree is indicated on plans 01 and 02 and in the submitted photographs. The works to create the driveway are permitted development. Remarks:
