Planning application

West Wing, The Old Vicarage, The Cloisters, Wantage, OX12 8AQ

Decided Vale of White Horse P15/V3105/TCA Works to trees in CA

Works: Trees

Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.

Proposal

T1 - Poplar (A) T2 - Yew (B) T3 - Hazel (C) T1 - Poplar (A) - fell due to closeness to edge of brook and height - taller than surrounding Yews. It is adjacent to site of Horse Chestnut that fell in high wind in 1989 across brook and footpath and into the side of Clarks Flour Mill. T2 - Yew (B) - remove/shorten lower limbs as required on south side in order to stop current contact and prevent further damage to neighbouring house, Yew Tree House. T3 - Hazel (C) - reduce/coppice as part of regular maintenance. Remarks:
