Repair to timber frame on west elevation, and repair to infill panels (replacing cement mortar with lime where necessary). Removal of plasticised paint covering of exposed internal beams Replacement of modern wooden tongue-and groove panelling and plasterboard on internal surfaces of walls with Pavadentro (or similar) breathable and insulated board, to be plastered with lime plaster. Repair of wooden window frame (replacing pine frame with oak). External covering of West elevation with Diffutherm (or similar) breathable cladding, with lime plaster covering in order to protect the currently exteriorly-exposed timber frame (this work to be carried out later when extension built).
