Proposal

T1- Yew T2- Rowan T1- Fell- This tree was originally planted right in the corner of the junction of the walls of Trinity Church Hall and 13 Conduit Road, it has now outgrown this position and its trunk and root system are putting pressure on both walls. Indeed, the Trinity Church wall has just had to be rebuilt, and we are concerned about the safety of the wall and brick pillar to the left of the drive of 13 Conduit Road. The tree is also overhanging the entrance gate to the property and significantly reducing vehicle access. T2- Fell- This tree is planted directly in front of the west facing windows of 13 Conduit Road, and is causing excessive shading of the main reception rooms. It is also directly in the line of the mains gas supply to the property, and we are concerned about possible root damage to the gas pipe, and the brick wall at the front of the property which is very close to the tree. Remarks: 2016 02 04 - Replacement Details - removed Yew tree 15 cm & replaced another Yew 50 cm Jan 2015
