Application for the removal of planning obligation relating to planning permission 80/01401/OUT. 1- The occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person wholly employed, or last employed locally, in agriculture as defined by section 290(1) of the Town and Country PlanningAct 1971, or in forestry or a dependant of such a person residing with him(but including a widow or widower of such a person). 2- Not to dispose of or alienate or grant any lease of any part of the red land or of any building erected or to be erected thereon (including the said dwelling house) without the prior consent in writing of the council provided always that this undertaking shall not operate to prevent the disposal alienation or leasing of all of the red land and such building in one parcel.
