1. Beech Tree in fence line to reduce section to North (over neighbouring bungalow) by 30% foliar equating 2-3m from branch tips. Girdle Ivy. Remove major deadwood >50mm in diameter. Raise lowe canopy to 4m. Reason: to improve light penetration. 2. Beech Tree north of drive to remove major deadwood >50mm in diameter. Reason: tree management. 3. Beech Tree south of drive is in decline. Large amount of decay at base and in main stems. Monitor. If no.4 is removed crown may require a light thin and re-shape. Reason: to mitigate new wind forces and Tree management. 4. Extensive bark necrosis. Extensive. Remove soon. Tree is weighted towards adjacent house with access to Vicarage garden.
