Proposal

Remove the existing iron fence and hedge along the entire 25m boundary to the pavement and replace with a close boarded fence to one side of our boundary which is adjacent and within 2 metres of a pavement/highway. The proposed fence will be 4ft high rising to 6ft along an 80 ft boundary length. The current boundary has a very old 1.2m high iron railing which is in bad state of repair and has an approx 8ft high hedge which hides it.
