Tree T1 has been colonised by the decay fungi Kretzschmaria deutsa which is located in a cavity on the northern side of the tree at the base. In addition a large cavity at 2m on the southern side is also present, which can be viewed from The Park. The tree is within falling distance if 10 The Park. Tree T2 has significant decay present along the entire main stem and is within falling distance of No.10. Access can be arranged should this be required and the trees can be identified by high visibility pink spray at the base of the trees on the northern side. I have attached a site location plan and 2 photos - my apologies for the quality of T2 as it does not convey the extent of the decay. Remarks:
