Proposal

The hedgerow forms the northern boundary of a former plant nursery which extended from Clay Lane in the south to Ridgeway Road in the north. The southern part of the site has been sold leaving the northern part without an access to/from the public highway. This application proposes to remove a length (43 metres) of poor quality hedgerow so that access can be gained to the land from Ridgeway Road. Once removed the applicant intends securing the boundary with a 1 metre high fence and installing a 1 metre high gate under Part 2 Class A of the The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
