Proposal

Application for non-material amendment to planning permission 90991/FUL/17 to allow for the following changes: Omission of escape staircase within Block B and replacement with 3 no. one-bedroom apartments at levels 4-6 and increase from 2-bed to 3 bed apartments in 3 units at Levels 1-3. Elevation changes to SE courtyard elevation of Block B comprising an additional window at each level 1-6 and 3 additional balconies on Levels 4-6. Remodelling of 3 reception areas in Block A 'Community Hub', Block B 'Work Hub' and Block E'Well-beinghub' to accommodate ancillary spaces to be used by the residents. Creation of additional internal amenity space on Level 1 with access to the landscaped communal podium level over the car park for residents in Blocks A, B and E resulting in the omission of 2 no. one-bed apartments and 1 no. two-bedroomed apartments. Amendments to the Bridgewater Way elevations as a result of changes to the brickwork and curtain wall detailing on the Bridgewater Way elevation comprising reduction in cantilever to provide increased amenity and management space at ground level. Alterations to siting of bin stores and bike storage.
