Permission is now sought under S.73 of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended) to vary condition 1 of planning permission Ref: PA/22/01939 dated 20/07/2023 to extend the duration of the consent for the 'Meanwhile Project' by a further 3 years, from its expiry on the 31/12/2025 until 31/12/2028.
