Proposal
Proposal is to repair the fractured the stone lintel in the south eastern corner of the basement. The works will involve installing two stainless steel support plates beneath the existing lintel to reinstate structural stability. To allow for proper seating of these plates, a small section of the existing stonework will be carefully removed to form the required bearing pockets.
