Proposal

Internal alterations to layout, including removal of non-original partition walls, installation of two new kitchens/tea making areas, removal of non-original carpet and vinyl, and construction of new partition walls to individual creative studio units with a shared communal space. External works include the installation of a round projecting sign, application of a vinyl logo above the shopfront window, and decorative window decals. In addition, the boiler flue currently venting into the chimney will be replaced with an external wall-mounted flue.
