Proposal

Request for Screening Opinion as to whether an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is required in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended) (the 'EIA Regulations') for the refurbishment and retrofitting of the existing building at 10 Cabot Square to provide an upgraded office building comprising up to 90,000m2 (GIA), with Use Class E uses on the ground floor, which will be less than a 10% increase to the entire floorspace for the existing building. It is proposed that the entire basement and all piles will be retained, as well as most of the structural frame, with no below ground works. The Proposed Development will include a reduction in car parking spaces, with the new provision including blue badge parking spaces.
