Proposal
T1 (Applicants ref.) Oak - Dismantle to main fork at approx 6m to leave as habitat pole. This tree is heavily leaning with no upright stem. It grows at 45 degrees out from under another oak with much better form. The crown is already extended and completely biased over the garden of no 3. Tree grows from garden of number 4. It makes arboricultural sense to remove this heavily leaning tree which does not have a long term future in order to give space for T2 the much more upright oak to thrive. It will also prevent damage to T2 if T1 fails. There is also likelihood of damage to the better tree as T1 grows through it. T2 (Applicants ref.) Oak - Remove lowest limb. Limb is heavily extended and out of shape with the rest of the crown. Standing in Group G3 of Tree Preservation Order
