Proposal

Applicants ref T1 Ash tree (Tag ID 240), overreaching into neighbouring property and is casting shade on the garden. Due to its proximity to the boundary, it is now causing damage to the fence line. Reduce crown by 50% to manage size of the tree and prevent further damage to the fence line. Applicants ref T2 Lime tree (Tag ID 241). Tree has been pollarded in the past. Repollard tree back to previous pollard points to keep tree at a manageable size. Both standing in Area A1 of Tree Preservation Order
