T1 Mature and established Walnut - remove lowest limb at approx. 1.5m north back to main parent stem, lift low crown to approx. 5m above ground level, to an even level, carry out light and sensitive crown reduction by reducing longer protruding sections which extend out of the main crown formation, to create a compact, balanced and shapely framework, lightly thin internal crown by approx. 10-15% with an emphasis on weak, crowded and crossing branches and ll cuts to be made to suitable secondary growth points, maintaining shape and form at all times
