Proposal

Bay (Laurus Nobilis) - overgrown through lack of maintenance (prior to us owning property). Too tall (in excess of 15ft) and growing over boundary of neighbouring property. Casts excess shadow into neighbouring property and at risk of damaging boundary fence under ownership of neighbour (11 mill crescent)
