The structure has been built to a high standard, in sympathy with, and in the style of, other existing outbuildings. It is nestled on the edge of an area of trees beside a neglected pond. The outbuilding is not visible from any public highway or footpath. The outbuilding is ~35m from the main Hamptons Farmhouse - a Grade II Listed Building.
