Planning application

12, Oaks Dene, Walderslade, Chatham, ME5 9HN

Granted Tonbridge and Malling 19/01494/TPOC Tree Preservation Order Consent

Works: Trees Small domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 Larger Oak - Reduce crown by approx 30% to create a smaller shape without causing significant wounding to the crown, (this translates as approx 2.5-3.5m where appropriate), All branches will be cut to suitable growth points and remove epicormic growth to crown break and remove significant dead wood, T2 Smaller Oak (inside garden boundary fence) - Dismantle/fell to near ground level, T3 Beech (outside fence but inside customer's boundary) - Dismantle/fell to near ground level and Oak in rear garden of No.13 - Reduce back from No.12 to give 2.5m clearance. This is prudent maintenance work to prevent damage to the property
