Oak Tree - 3m Crown reduction not exceeding 25%-30% of the overall crown volume, pruning back to suitable growth points. Up to 5m Crown lift to provide clearance. Crown clean to remove dead, dying or damaged branches. The proposed works to reduce excessive shading to the property, in particular to the kitchen, which is significantly affected by reduced natural light. The works will improve daylight to this primary space.
