External masonry repairs and window replacement with double glazed heritage metal framed windows. 7. Formation of two new openings in the Stations rear elevation. 8. New hard and soft landscaping to external areas surrounding the station and ancillary (TRAAC) building. 9. New vehicle crossover. Use of building for mixed use comprising event and market space, lettable units for creative uses, cafe purposes and dance studio and education space.
