The roots are visible and substantial across the garden and are a health hazard for me trying to move around and reach the garden behind the tree. The tree runs across each side of my neighbours garden. The branches snap easily which infers the tree is not in a health state It is also bringing excessive shading across my own and the neighbours gardens.
